As a fully actualized individual you would be strong, powerful, quick, balanced, flexible, mobile, all with endurance. Could you run fast, swim far, jump high, climb if needed, or fight powerfully and gracefully if you were called upon to “respond”? Does your fitness training make you more capable in all of these arenas? Do you know your breaking point, do you know what you can’t do? Is your training moving you in the right direction? Knowing the answer to these questions makes you more useful in an emergency, makes you a more capable protector.
